Designed and implemented a contract lifecycle management system: built a library of 15+ contract templates (license agreements, NDAs, SLAs, reseller agreements, creative production contracts), developed approval workflows, negotiation guidelines, and playbooks for each contract type, reducing average turnaround time and eliminating ad hoc drafting from scratch.
Deployed AI-assisted legal monitoring and process automation: implemented automated regulatory tracking across key jurisdictions, integrated AI tools into contract review and compliance workflows, and developed internal guidance on AI-generated content ownership, reducing manual monitoring load and increasing response speed to regulatory changes.
Prepared and presented a legal and compliance investment case to prospective investors: developed a ~€1.6M legal and compliance budget justification, structured a five-role legal team hiring plan with market-rate benchmarks, and co-authored an investor memorandum covering corporate governance, IP ownership, regulatory positioning, and risk mitigation across the group's multi-jurisdictional structure.
Developed and presented a two-stream legal and compliance roadmap covering Q2 2025–Q2 2026. Roadmap covered 16 target markets across Europe, LATAM, and Asia with jurisdiction-specific licensing, certification, and market-entry requirements, and served as the primary strategic legal reference for executive and investor discussions.
Sold and transferred a trademark, completed the assignment, secured registry updates.
Deposited and formalised rights to 40+ games in Serbia, documented code, art, audio, and R&D files, and built a complete chain of title that qualified the IP for the IP Box regime.
Structured a cross-border corporate scheme for Serbia, Cyprus and Malta, allocated IP to the appropriate entities, and implemented intra-group licensing, SaaS and cost-sharing models that reduced legal and tax exposure by roughly 60%.
Added shareholders from multiple jurisdictions, completed KYC/AML, drafted and executed the SHA, set vesting, drag/tag and voting rules, and formed a clean and enforceable cap table.
Implemented a licensing model for game monetisation in the EU, LATAM and Asia, drafted master licences, sublicensing flows and royalty rules, and increased the volume of monetisable IP by about 35% without integration disputes.
Completed full IP due diligence, cured legacy defects, replaced non-compliant assets and confirmed ownership of all core creative and technical materials.

deal with the international restaurant chain in Ivory Coast and Zambia (development of a legal model, drawing up a license agreement, negotiations with a partner);
launch of the gas station service in the CIS and the marketplace of goods and services in the field of car leasing in the Russian Federation (preparation of license agreements, EULA and Terms of use);
approval of 25+ licensing agreements (purchase of software) and 250+ agreements for the production of creative materials (advertising, videos, etc.);

IP: approved the IP management strategy for 2023, submitted 1 and prepared 2 applications for software registration in the Russian Software Register, agreed on 30+ license agreements, prepared an agreement template for the sale of company’s software.
Products: accompanied the launch of 4 products:
home insurance by subscription together with 2 state companies (signing 6 contracts, analyzing risks in the customer journey and mitigating them, setting up the advertising labeling process for 10 companies);
development of software for prolongation of CASCO insurance together with 2 Russian banks (signing of 2 contracts, analysis of risks in the client journey and their mitigation, protection of a strategy for protecting the software).
Management: defended the legal strategy for 2023 for 2 companies of the group, manage a team of 10 people: legal, finance, document management, accounting, managed the operating budget, held a tender to find a trial lawyer (saved 800+ thousand rubles), conducted due diligence and supported the M&A transaction for the sale of the company.
Litigation: included the company in the register of creditors (bankruptcy of a large media platform).
